We've recently revamped our shipping process and now include tracking notifications to keep you in the loop. We pride ourselves on fast processing, usually shipping orders within 24 hours from our location. During peak times, shipping might take up to 72 hours. Rest assured, we utilize a dependable delivery network to get your vape orders to you without delay.

At the checkout stage, you'll find details about the shipping method and estimated arrival times, tailored to your location and local service provider. Once your order is processed, an automated email with tracking details will be sent to you.

Please be aware that the provided transit times are approximate and exclude weekends and holidays. For customers in the Midwest or Eastern U.S., your order might be subject to a 2-Step Shipping Process. More details are available on our website.

Adult Signature Requirement

In line with federal regulations, vape mail orders containing e-cigarette items must include Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon receipt. This requires the recipient to present valid ID, and there's an added $7 fee for this service at checkout. If more suitable, we can also send your vape items to a business address.

Shipping Timelines

All orders need 24 to 72 business hours for processing before shipping. You'll receive an automated tracking email once your package is ready for the final stages of delivery. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Return to Sender Policy

EBCreateVape has exclusive authority over any reshipping services.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not required to refund or reship at our cost. If the goods come back to us, we'll refund the amount minus the shipping charges.

If a package is sent back because an adult signature and ID were not provided, we may deduct a $19 restocking fee from your refund. We also hold the right to re-ship a replacement only after receiving and handling the original package, and we won't cover the re-shipping costs.
